Booked a room with magnificent views of the lake and mountains. The accommodation had a very central location, extra close to the town centre. Found a place called Bistrot & Pizza Argentino, set a short way from the hotel, ate there a few times.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful and in a marvelous position near Lugano Lake. It was close to the train and bus station. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby.

Location: favourable, just next door to restsurants, close steeped walk down to the lake, and sunny outdoor garden. For tea or coffee visit Chocolat nearby. Wonderful and fantastic selection on breakfast items.

Spotless quaint hotel with nicely furnished and well-equipped rooms. Handy location in Lugano City-Centre district next to the train station, lake, and center. Convenient access to the cable car stop for easy return after dinner. Variety of food options available at the property's outdoor restaurant.

Booked a triple room with balcony and had an enjoyable and fantastic breakfast with a nice atmosphere and a variety of options, including veggies.

Location: the hotel was so close to Bellinzona as well as the primary train station in the city. Local fast food option Manora was 10 minutes walk away.

location: the hotel was close enough to shop, the cable car station and the waterfront. wonderful and absolutely fantastic breakfast, i greatly enjoyed it.

Very impressed with guest room with a balcony. Particularly good location to the main square of Lugano, and 10 minute walk from Art Museum Lugano. Just next door to train and bus station and close steeped walk down to the lake and tourist area and the centre.

We were treated to an upgrade by the person at the front desk..she was so delightful! The hotel is so close to the train station, better directions should be given by Booked.net about reaching the hotel...its so close. The staff was always so accommodating and the breakfast was delightful.

The room I stayed in was nice and cool, and very comfy with a modern touch. The bedroom was nicely furnished and had an amazing view from the balcony. The breakfast here was top-notch - so many tasty options to choose from! 🌟

We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning location of this hotel, with its breathtaking views of the town, lake, and mountains. The spacious and clean rooms, complete with comfortable beds and pillows, made for a delightful stay. The complimentary Ticino ticket provided us with convenient transportation options. The friendly and helpful staff offered excellent recommendations and even arranged free car transportation to the bus/train station upon our departure. The extraordinary complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel.
